We are Martin and Kačka, simply MAKA. We make content! #contentthatworks It doesn't matter if it's videos, animations or clips, we always focus on quality instead of quantity. We like to try new things and that something doesn't work is not an answer for us. And because we believe that it goes better with two people, but even a little better with a group of people, We Are Maka is not just made up of us, but also a lot of skilled people. For editing, camera, grading, animation... And they help us do what we love.
It doesn't matter if you want a big ad or an instagram reel. Or if you want a one-off or a whole campaign. Video is simply our domain. Period!
What we are sure of are campaign photos to accompany the video or "behind-the-scenes".
It moves, it jumps, it flashes and it's colourful. What's that? That's your animation we'll make for you!
We know that content that works won't work without the right targeting. If you manage your own advertising, great. But if you're stuck, we're happy to help.
We love filming, but it's not gonna be a wedding.
We will not take pictures of your cute four-legged pets or babies.
Moving, yes, but we're not into static stuff.
We will write the scripts for the campaign, but don't expect copy from us.
Martin is not only a director, but above all a filmmaker at heart. He has directed and produced the films Listen and Together, the TV series Bodyguards, several commercials and music videos, among others for Hodiny, Kryštof, Nebe and Tata Bojs. And few people know that in his spare time he is working on his musical projects Lobotom with Sven Mikkelsen.
Kačka is a great producer! She started as a runner on Masterchef, but for the last three years she has been doing what she does best - organizing shoots. She is also a good communicator and interpreter between filmmakers and clients. And if her face looks familiar, she is also the host of Cyklosalon.TV and 1/2 Damynakole.cz.
